Account Activation Troubleshooting

Have you requested an activation code and not received an email from activate.player@generationcures.org? Our email that includes your activation link may be getting caught in your personal or Internet Service Provider's spam filters.

Option 1:
Enter your email address here and click SUBMIT to have your activation email resent. If you don't see it, check in your junk mail folder or spam folder if you have one. To view your spam folder, you may have to log in to your online mail service.
If you don't receive the email within 5-10 minutes, please proceed to Option 2.
Option 2:
to send an email to with "Activate Player" as the subject. We should be able to reply to your email with account activation instructions. If you don't see the email, check in your junk mail folder or spam folder if you have one. To view your spam folder, you may have to log in to your online mail service.
Option 3:
If you still have not received your activation code please to send an email to and we will work to send you the activation information as soon as possible.
